The Speras EST PLUS V3 isn’t just an incremental update — it’s a fundamental upgrade built around one of the most advanced single-emitter LEDs available. The SFT42R is a round-die LED, and that distinction matters. Where traditional square-die LEDs waste light at the edges of the reflector, the SFT42R’s circular die geometry aligns perfectly with the smooth reflector’s parabolic shape.
The result is a flawless, dense hotspot with significantly higher candela density. That produces a precisely focused 800-metre beam at 160,000 candela from just one emitter. You get virtually no beam artefacts or tint inconsistency.
Delivering 3000 lumens from a single LED demands serious power. So the EST PLUS V3 carries a custom 40A High Drain Current (HDC) 21700 5000mAh battery. Standard 21700 cells typically discharge at 10–15 amps — nowhere near enough for sustained peak output.
The HDC cell’s exceptionally low internal resistance eliminates voltage sag, allowing the driver to pull the full current needed to maintain stable, consistent Turbo output without rapid stepdown. The battery charges conveniently via USB-C.
A dual-button interface runs the torch. The tactical tail switch provides instant Turbo activation with one press. The moment you need maximum output, you have it. Meanwhile the side switch cycles through output modes during sustained use without changing your grip.
An intelligent temperature regulation module monitors body temperature during extended high-output use and adjusts brightness proactively. That protects the LED and driver while maintaining the best possible output for the conditions.
The EST PLUS V3 features a standard 1-inch (25.4mm) tube diameter — universally compatible with virtually all weapon-mounting hardware, scope mounts, and tactical accessories. The KIT edition adds an SM1 Multi-use Clamp Bracket and Extended Cable Switch, making it the complete package for weapon-mounted, vehicle-mounted, or hands-free applications.
