The Mankerlight MC11 III puts a Luminus SFT25R throw emitter into a phone-sized body, producing 1400 lumens and a 410-metre beam at 42,025 candela from a torch weighing just 123g with its battery. A non-PWM constant current driver keeps the light completely flicker-free, five levels run from Turbo down to a 5-lumen ECO lasting 360 hours, and the included 3500mAh 18650 charges via USB-C built into the cell.

Dual tactical tail and side switches, A6061-T6 aluminium, IP68, and 2-metre impact resistance.

PRODUCT INFO

The MC11 MK-III is built around a single idea: get genuine long-range throw out of something that still carries like an everyday torch. It measures 137.5mm — about the length of a phone — with a slim 24.5mm body, and weighs 73.2g empty or 123.2g with the battery fitted.

Beam and Output

The reach comes from a Luminus SFT25R LED at 6500K behind a precision smooth aluminium reflector. The SFT25R is a throw-focused emitter, and in a head this size it produces 42,025 candela and a 410-metre beam — roughly four times the length of a football field.

The beam is a tight, clean hotspot with no green cast, and enough surrounding spill to stay usable at arm’s length rather than being a pure spotlight.

Five output levels cover the range properly. ECO runs 5 lumens for 360 hours — fifteen days of continuous light, and low enough to preserve night vision. Low (50lm / 22hr 40min / 96m) and Medium (200lm / 5hr 50min / 177m) handle most practical work, High (620lm / 4hr 10min / 315m) covers outdoor use, and Turbo delivers the full 1400 lumens and the maximum 410-metre throw.

A 1400-lumen Strobe is available for signalling.

A high-efficiency constant current buck driver runs the LED without PWM, so there is no flicker at any output level — noticeably easier on the eyes over a long session, and no strobing artefacts if you are filming under it. An intelligent temperature regulation module adjusts output as the body warms rather than cutting out abruptly.

Controls and Power

Control is split between two switches. The tactical tail switch gives momentary-on with a half press and constant-on with a full press, so the light deploys instantly without changing grip. The side switch cycles the general levels, with a double click for instant Turbo and a half-second hold for Strobe. A memory function returns to the last-used level.

The tail threads are anodised, so loosening the tail cap gives a mechanical lockout for pocket or pack carry.

The included 3500mAh protected 18650 has its own USB-C port built into the cell, so it charges without a separate charger and supports QC and PD fast charging. A charging indicator shows red while charging and green when full, typically in about 2.5 hours.

A battery voltage indicator under the side switch reports remaining charge each time you switch on — blue above 3.4V, purple between 3.4V and 3.2V, constant red below 3.2V — and the torch shuts down automatically below 2.8V to prevent over-discharge.

Build and Durability

The body is A6061-T6 aluminium with a HA-III hard-anodised finish, rated IP68 for submersion to 2 metres and tested to 2 metres of impact resistance. A DLC-coated stainless steel pocket clip, lanyard, spare O-ring, and USB-C cable are included.
