The Lumintop W3 is one of the smallest LEP torches available, pairing a precision white laser emitter that throws to 700 metres with a COB floodlight and a 550-lumen flood + spot combo mode for close-range work. A red light preserves night vision and provides SOS signalling, while Turbo Glow accents on the bezel ring and tail make the torch easy to find in the dark.

LEP torches produce the tightest, longest-reaching beams in handheld lighting, but the traditional trade-off is that they’re useless up close — a pencil-thin beam with no usable spill. The Lumintop W3 addresses that by fitting three light sources into a mini 18350-size body.
The white laser emitter handles distance, projecting a tightly focused beam to 700 metres. From a head this small, that reach is well beyond what any comparably sized LED thrower can achieve — LEP optics deliver far more distance per millimetre of lens diameter, which is precisely why the technology exists.
For everything nearer, a COB floodlight provides wide, even close-range illumination, and a flood + spot combo mode runs both sources together for 550 lumens of broad, high-output light.
That combination is what makes the W3 practical as an everyday carry torch rather than a single-purpose spotting tool. You get the 700-metre reach when you need it. The rest of the time, you get genuinely usable light for the ground in front of you.
The red light rounds out the system, preserving dark-adapted vision for night navigation, map reading, wildlife observation, and camp movement. It also supports SOS signalling, giving the W3 a genuine emergency function alongside its search capability.
Turbo Glow visibility accents — a glow bezel ring and tail glow bars — charge under any light source. They stay visible for hours, which makes the torch easy to locate in a dark tent, pack, or vehicle footwell. It’s also easy to spot if you set it down on the ground during a task.
Power comes from an 18350 Li-ion battery, charged in the torch through an internally waterproofed USB-C port. The seal sits inside the body rather than behind an external flap. So the torch stays fully protected during and after charging. The IPX8 rating covers rain, wet environments, and submersion, making the W3 dependable in the conditions where a small, reliable light matters most.
