PRODUCT INFO

The Fenix LR50R V2.0 isn’t simply a flashlight — it’s a complete multi-source lighting platform engineered for the most demanding professional applications. Three independent light sources cover a range of scenarios no single-LED torch can match: six Luminus SST70 LEDs (6500K, 50,000-hour lifespan) drive the white light system to a maximum 18,000 lumens; a dedicated SBT10X UV LED delivers 365nm ultraviolet light at 10W optical power for large-area, long-range, high-detectability UV inspections compliant with IEC 62471 photobiological safety standards; and an OSRAM/KR CSLNM1.23 red LED provides up to 210 lumens of anti-glare nighttime illumination ideal for preserving night vision on extended operations.

The white light system operates across three beam configurations. Spotlight mode focuses all output from the throw reflector to a penetrating 9000-lumen beam reaching 846 metres. Floodlight mode spreads 9000 lumens in a wide, area-flooding pattern from the flood reflector. Combined spot-and-flood mode fires both simultaneously for the full 18,000-lumen wall of lightcovering both immediate surroundings and long-range targets at the same time. Within each mode, brightness is continuously adjustable via a rotary toggle switch — no fixed steps, just smooth, precise control from maximum output down to the lowest practical level. Red light is similarly stepless, adjustable from 210 lumens to 5 lumens, with a red flash mode for warning signals and distress signalling.

The OLED smart display provides real-time field intelligence at a glance: current lumen output, active mode, remaining battery percentage, estimated runtime, and charging status. There’s no guesswork about how much runtime remains or what output level the torch is running at — critical information for search and rescue coordinators managing resources across extended operations.

An intelligent brightness downshift function automatically reduces output when the beam is focused at close range, protecting both operators and subjects from being burned by concentrated high-lumen output. This function can be toggled on or off according to operational requirements.

The built-in 32,000mAh Li-ion battery pack (115.2Wh) powers up to 195 hours of continuous runtime on the floodlight profile and 670 hours on minimum red light output. Two hidden USB-C charging ports — one supporting 18W and the other 45W fast charging — bring the battery from flat to full in approximately 3 hours. The LR50R V2.0 also functions as a high-capacity power bank, charging other devices from the field when mains power isn’t available.

Built from high-strength aluminium with an IP68 waterproof rating, the LR50R V2.0 includes a shoulder strap for hands-free transport and an emergency whistle. Electronic lockout prevents accidental activation during transport or storage.
