The Fenix HM60R V2.0 takes one of Fenix’s most popular headlamps and raises the bar across the board. More lumens, smarter controls, and a purpose-built tri-light system that covers every situation from scanning a trail at 170 metres to working hands-on in close quarters — all in a rugged metal body that weighs just 173g.
Three completely independent light sources sit at the heart of the HM60R V2.0. A Luminus SST40-GEN2 LED powers the spotlight with up to 1600 lumens of cool white output (6000–7000K) and a tight, far-reaching beam. A Luminus SST20-GEN2 high-CRI neutral white LED drives the floodlight at 5000K — a natural, accurate colour temperature ideal for camp tasks, map reading, and close-up work.
And an OSRAM 2835 red LED provides two brightness levels plus a flash mode for night vision preservation and signalling. All three LEDs carry a 50,000-hour rated lifespan.
The most significant upgrade in the V2.0 is the new sliding top mode switch. A simple slide instantly selects Spotlight, Floodlight, or Lockout — no mode cycling, no button sequences — and it works reliably even with thick gloves on. The large side switch then handles brightness levels within each mode.
Ten total lighting modes (four spotlight levels, three floodlight levels, two red levels, and red flash) give comprehensive flexibility without complexity.
Built from aircraft-grade aluminium with a premium HAIII hard-anodised finish, the HM60R V2.0 is IP68 waterproof and impact resistant to 2 metres — engineered to handle genuine outdoor conditions, not just light rain. The hidden USB-C charging port features inner waterproof treatment, keeping the headlamp fully sealed even during charging. The included ARB-L18-4000 4000mAh battery delivers up to 292 hours of runtime and recharges in approximately 2.5 hours.
In a pinch, two standard CR123A batteries can substitute.
